  • Category-I Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (Science Graduates): B.Sc. with Physics as the main subject and at least 60% marks.
  • Category-II Stipendiary Trainee: 10th standard with 50% marks and a 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
  • X-Ray Technician (Technician-C): 12th standard with 60% marks and a 1-year Medical Radiography/X-Ray Technique certificate.

  • Category-II Stipendiary Trainee: ₹20,000 per month (first year of training) and ₹22,000 per month (second year of training). After successful completion of training, trainees will receive ₹21,700 per month.
  • X-Ray Technician (Technician-C): Initially ₹25,500 per month
