NTA NCET 2024: Admit Card, Key Dates, Exam
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2024 for admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) offered by selected Central/State Universities, Institutions including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government Colleges.

Eligibility
Education Required
- Candidates must have passed Class 12/equivalent examination or be appearing for it in 2024.
- The qualifying exam should be from a recognized Board/University.
- There are no specific subject restrictions, allowing students from all streams (Science, Arts, Commerce) to apply.
Age Range
- Minimum Age: 17 years as of December 31, 2024
- Maximum Age: No upper age limit
Experience
- No prior teaching experience is required for NTA NCET 2024.
How to Apply
Step-by-step application guide
- Visit the official NCET website.
- Click on the “New Registration” button.
- Fill in basic details like name, email, mobile number, and create a password.
- Log in using the generated Application Number and password.
- Complete the application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
- Upload scanned documents as per specifications.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
