Eligibility
Education Required
- Candidates must have a full-time BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized institution. Additionally, candidates must have a valid GATE 2024 score in the corresponding GATE paper.
Age Range
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 25/07/2024)
- Relaxation in upper age limit as on 25/07/2024 for following caste/category is given below:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years for General, 15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC (NCL)
- Departmental Candidates: 45 years irrespective of the caste/category of the candidates

Selection Process
Stages of Selection
The selection process for the Management Trainee (Technical) positions includes the following stages:
- GATE 2024 Score: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE 2024 scores in the relevant discipline.
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates will be called for a group discussion.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who clear the GD will be invited for a personal interview.
Exam Pattern
The selection will be based on the GATE 2024 score, followed by GD and interview. The weightage for the final selection will be:
- GATE 2024 Score: 75%
- Group Discussion: 10%
- Personal Interview: 15%
Salary
- Selected candidates will be offered a basic pay of ₹50,000 per month in the pay scale of ₹50,000-1,60,000.
- Upon successful completion of one year of training, they will be designated as Assistant Managers and placed in the pay scale of ₹60,000-1,80,000.
- In addition to the basic pay, they will receive dearness allowance, perquisites under the cafeteria approach, and other benefits such as PF, gratuity, leave encashment, housing/HRA, and free medical facilities for self and dependents.
- The total CTC will be approximately ₹16-17 lakhs per annum.
